Tags for your crew, trucks, and contractors now live in their own lanes. When you create a tag for the Resources module, a new Select sub-module field lets you pin it to Workers, Vehicles, or Contractors β and the tag filters on the Assign Resources panel now honor that scoping. Dispatchers filtering workers see worker tags β attributes of a person, like a language spoken or a lead-mover qualification β not billing statuses or job types from other modules. Pick the tag, and the Available list shows only the people who carry it.
1) Go to Settings β Tags and click +. Name the tag, set Select module to Resources β the new Select sub-module field appears with Workers, Vehicles, and Contractors β pick one, choose a color, and save.

2) Assign the tag where it belongs β for a worker tag, on the worker's profile under Settings β Resources β Workers. Only that sub-module's tags (plus general Resources tags) are offered.

3) Now build a team: in Operations β Assign, open the team's Assign Resources panel and use the Tags filter under Workers β it lists worker tags only.

4) Select a tag and the Available list narrows to the workers carrying it β pick your crew and go. Contractors and Vehicles filter the same way with their own tags.

Sub-module tags and scoped resource filters are live now. Create your worker, vehicle, and contractor tags under Settings β Tags, tag your resources, and team building gets faster the same day. Built straight from how dispatchers actually work β keep the feedback coming.
On many jobs β especially commercial ones β the person meeting your crew at the origin or destination isn't the main contact on the work request. The Crew App now makes that onsite contact one tap away: the Phone number under each location's Location Info is a live link. Tap it, the dialer opens with the number ready, and the crew is talking to the right person at the right door β no manual dialing.
1) In the Crew App, open the work order and expand Origin or Destination in the Job Summary, then open Location Info. The onsite contact's phone shows as a blue, tappable link.

2) Tap the number β the phone's dialer opens with the number filled in, ready to call.

Tapping the number hands off to the phone's dialer
Tap-to-call for onsite contacts is live now in the Crew App β no setup needed. Enter the onsite person and phone on the work order's origin and destination, and your crew has them one tap away. Another one built straight from customer feedback β keep it coming.
When a crew sends a work order for approval from the Crew App, the office now sees it instantly β and keeps seeing it until it's handled. A new Work Order Approval icon sits in the CRM's top bar with a count of pending approvals that stays put until each request is actioned. One click opens the approval queue; View Details takes you to the work order; Approve clears it. The crew doesn't have to stand by waiting for the office to notice β they carry on, and the pending approval stays front and center for whoever handles it.
1) When a Send for Approval arrives from the Crew App, the Work Order Approval icon in the top bar shows the pending count β from any screen in the CRM.

2) Click it to open the Work Order Approval drawer β each pending work order shows the customer, WO number, total amount, service type, and date. Click View Details to open the work order, review it, and click Approve.

The Work Order Approval queue is live now in the CRM's top bar β no setup needed. The next time a crew sends a work order for approval, it'll be waiting right where your team can't miss it. Built straight from customer feedback, as always.
The Kanban view's cards now work as hard as the board itself. The contact and company names on every work request card are live: a single click on the contact opens a quick-actions popover β add an event, send an email or text, log a note or call, create an estimate, follow-up, work order, or invoice β all without leaving the board. A double click jumps to the contact's detail page, and one click on the company name opens the company's details. Working a pipeline no longer means opening every card to act on it.
1) On the Work Requests Kanban view, hover a card's contact name β the tooltip reminds you: single click for the Actions Popover, double click for Contact Details.

2) A single click opens the Actions Popover β the contact with an edit pencil, and the full quick-action row beneath.

3) Every icon has a tooltip naming its action. Left to right: Add Event, Email, Text, Add Note, Add Estimate, Add Follow-Up, Add Work Order, Add Invoice, and Add Call Log β click one to start that action for this contact right from the board.

Each icon's tooltip names its action β here, Add Event, the first of the nine
4) Company on the card? One click on the company name opens the Company Details page.

Interactive Kanban cards are live now on the Work Requests board β no setup needed. Click a contact and work the pipeline without ever leaving it. Built from customer feedback, as always β keep it coming.
Multi-day jobs and recurring internal work orders just got dramatically faster to build. Every work order card now carries a Duplicate action β click it and the Add Work Order drawer opens pre-filled with the source work order's details: title, arrival window, dates and times, estimate, service type, job type, activity, amount, and resource allocation. Change the date (and anything else that differs that day), click Add, and a new work order with its own WO ID is created under the same work request. What used to be a full re-entry per day is now duplicate, adjust, save.
1) On the work request, expand the work order in the Work Orders card and click Duplicate.

2) The Add Work Order drawer opens pre-filled from the source β title, arrival window, dates, times, estimate, service type, job type, activity, amount, and resource allocation. Change the date and anything else that differs, then click Add.

3) Prefer working from the list? In Operations β Work Orders, select a work order and click Clone in the toolbar β the same pre-filled drawer opens.

Duplicate and Clone are live now on every work order β on the work request's Work Orders card and in the Operations Work Orders list. The next multi-day job takes a fraction of the clicks. Built straight from how teams schedule repeat work; keep the feedback coming.
Filters just learned to say βor.β When you apply more than one filter to a list, a new Filter Condition selector lets you choose how they combine: And returns records matching every condition β the behavior you know β while Or returns records matching any of them. One view can now catch, say, every job whose Service Type is Commercial or that's tagged Commercial β so records filed either way all land in the same list.
1) Open Add Filters on any supported list and add two or more filters. The Filter Condition selector appears at the top β pick And to require every condition, or Or to match any of them.

The Filter Condition selector, shown when multiple filters are applied
2) For the βeither wayβ case: filter Service Type is any of Commercial, add Tags is any of COMMERCIAL, and switch the condition to Or β the list now shows jobs that match either one.

3) Save it as a view wherever Save View is available, and the operator is saved with it.
AND / OR filter logic is live now in Add Filters across your listings and saved views β no setup needed. Build the view that matches how your data actually looks, not just how it's supposed to. Straight from customer feedback, as always.
Some companies want full control over when β and how β an estimate reaches the customer. The new Disable Estimate Sending setting gives you exactly that: with the toggle on, the Save & Send button is removed from the Estimate Preview, and estimates are saved as drafts instead. Your team builds and prices the estimate as usual; the sending happens on your terms, through the process you choose.
1) Go to Settings β Sales β Estimates, open the General tab, and turn on Disable Estimate Sending. Click Update.

Sales (1) β Estimates (2) β General (3) β Disable Estimate Sending (4)
2) That's it. When your team builds an estimate and reaches the Estimate Preview, the only action offered is Save as Draft β Save & Send is no longer shown.

The Estimate Preview with sending disabled: Save as Draft only
Disable Estimate Sending is available now under Settings β Sales β Estimates β General. Flip it on and your estimate flow becomes draft-only β flip it off and sending is back. Built from customer feedback, as always.
Crews that log hours with manual activities β without billing by an activity rate β can now skip the Rate field entirely. On jobs with Manual Pricing, the Rate on Add Manual Activity is optional: leave it empty, tap Add, and the activity saves with the rate and amount as $0, while the workers, times, breaks, and total time are recorded exactly as entered. Time tracking stays quick; billing stays untouched.
1) On a Manual Pricing job, open View Activities β + (Add Manual Activity), fill in the activity, workers, and times, leave Rate empty, and tap Add. The activity saves β rate and amount $0, everything else recorded as entered.

A manual activity saved with an empty rate: $0 amount, with worker, times, and hours intact
2) On an Hourly Rate job, the Rate is still required β leaving it empty shows βPlease enter rateβ and the activity waits until a rate is entered.

Hourly Rate pricing keeps the rate mandatory
3) On Interstate and Commercial jobs there's no Rate field on the form at all β just add the activity and go.

Interstate/Commercial: Add Manual Activity with no Rate field
Optional rates on manual activities are live now in the Crew App β no setup needed. Log the hours, skip the rate where it doesn't apply, and the books stay clean. Built from customer feedback, as always.
Links in notes now work end to end. When a note containing a URL is shared with the crew, the link arrives in the Crew App as a live, tappable hyperlink β one tap opens it, no copying and pasting from the field. Building instructions, parking maps, COI documents, customer portals: whatever your office links in a note, the crew can now open it on the spot.
1) Add your note as usual β on the work order (or via Edit Work Order), paste the link into Notes and check Show Note To Crew.

2) In the Crew App's Notes screen, the link appears hyperlinked β the crew taps it and lands on the page.

Links in crew notes are now live hyperlinks in the app
3) Back in the CRM, the note shows on the work order's Notes tab, marked as a Crew Note β hyperlinked there as always.

Link-enabled crew notes are live now β paste the URL, share the note with the crew, and it's one tap away in the field. This came straight from customer feedback; keep telling us where a small touch saves your team time.
Round Robin lead assignment can now cover the entire day. Each rep's shift window β the Start and End Shift Time that controls when they're eligible to receive leads β can be set anywhere from 12:00 AM to 11:45 PM, in increments you control from your calendar settings. Give your selected reps a full-day shift, and every lead round-robins between them the moment it arrives β morning, midnight, or anywhere in between β with no time-of-day gaps in the rotation.
1) First, a word on where the time options come from: the increments offered in time dropdowns across the system are set under Settings β Calendars β Time Configuration, in Select Available Time Slots β choose 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes, or 1 hour. The shift-time dropdowns in Lead Assignment follow this setting.

Settings (1) β Calendars (2) β Time Configuration (3) β Select Available Time Slots (4) controls the increments in every time-slot dropdown
2) Then go to Settings β Sales β Lead Assignment, turn on Automatic Lead assignment, and choose Round Robin. Check the reps in your rotation and set each one's Start Shift Time to 12:00 AM and End Shift Time to the day's last increment β with 15-minute increments, that's 11:45 PM β for full-day coverage.

Settings (1) β Sales (2) β Lead Assignment (3) β Round Robin (4), with shift times now selectable across the whole day (5)
3) That's it β new leads alternate between the selected reps as they arrive, whatever the time. Here, four leads created in a row land with the two reps in strict rotation.

Full-day shift times are live now under Settings β Sales β Lead Assignment. If your rotation should never sleep, set your reps to 12:00 AMβ11:45 PM and every lead finds its owner in turn. As always β built from your feedback.
