The new Sent Items module gives you a single, chronological history of every outbound communication sent from Movegistics β emails and text messages across your estimates, work requests, work orders, and contacts, whether sent by a user or by automation. One searchable, filterable list answers the questions that used to take a tour through several modules: What did we send this customer? Did it go out? Did they open it?
Every record shows the recipient, type, source module and ID, who sent it, the delivery status, and the exact time β and a built-in preview shows you the actual email or text, exactly as the customer received it.

Sent Items is live now in Movegistics AI β open it from the main menu and your complete outbound history is already there, no setup required. It's the single source of truth for everything that leaves your CRM, and like every release, it came from listening to how you work. Keep the feedback coming.
Automatic lead assignment just learned a new routing rule: Referral Source Routing. Map each sales rep to the lead sources they own β Google, Bing, Facebook, Angi, or any source in your list β and every incoming lead from that source is assigned to that rep automatically, with the rep set as the Lead Owner the moment the lead is created. Leads from your marketing channels land with the person who works them, instantly and without a dispatcher touching a thing.

Referral Source Routing is live now under Settings β Sales β Lead Assignment. Map your channels to your reps once, and every new lead finds its owner by itself. This one came directly from customer feedback β keep telling us how your team routes work, and we'll keep automating it.
Crews that document an item's condition and its exception in one pass can now capture the photo once and have it count twice. With the new Carry exception photos to item level setting enabled, every photo taken while adding an exception to an item is automatically saved as that item's photo as well β the exception keeps its photo, the item gets its photo, and nobody photographs the same piece of furniture twice.

Carry exception photos to item level is available now in the Mover Inventory CMS under Settings β Shipment Type, in each stage's Exception Settings. Turn it on for the workflows where your crews document condition and exceptions together, and every photo starts doing double duty. This one came straight from customer feedback β keep it coming.
Meet the Bingo Sheet View β a visual, grid-based inventory tracker that turns every shipment into a live scoreboard. Each numbered block in the grid is one item: grey until it's scanned, green once it's checked off, red if an exception is recorded. One glance tells a crew lead, a back-office coordinator, or the customer exactly what's done, what's pending, and what needs attention.
It's live everywhere at once: as crews scan items or record exceptions in the Mover Inventory app, the same grid updates instantly in the CMS and the Customer Portal β no refresh needed. Tap any block for the item's photo, room, label, and exception details, verify items manually when a QR label is damaged, let customers follow their delivery live and report issues with comments and photos, and print a stage-by-stage Bingo Sheet PDF for the file.
In the Mover Inventory app

Bingo Sheet View is live across the Mover Inventory app, the CMS, and the Customer Portal. Open any shipment, switch to Bingo View, and watch your inventory track itself β block by block, in real time. As always, this was built from customer feedback: tell us what your crews and customers need next.
Your Bills of Lading now have a home of their own β and a proper presence on every work order. Based on customer feedback, a new BOL module under Operations lists every Bill of Lading in the system with its type, status, linked work orders, and route, filterable and searchable just like your Estimates.
And on the work order itself, the Bill of Lading section is now a full card: amount, BOL number, status and type badges, the sent timestamp, and one-click View PDF and Send Link actions. The whole document lifecycle β Created, Sent, Signed, Pre Move to Post Move β is visible at a glance, without opening a single PDF.

The full status and type flow:
Service Type | Stage | Status | Type |
Interstate | Move booked | Sent | Pre Move |
Interstate | Pre Move BOL signed | Signed | Pre Move |
Interstate | Job completed (single day or last day) | Sent | Post Move |
Local, Commercial & others | Move booked | Created | Pre Move |
Local, Commercial & others | Job completed (single day or last day) | Sent | Post Move |
The BOL module is live under Operations β BOL, and the new Bill of Lading card is on every work order. Filter, download, send, and track every BOL from one screen β and see exactly where each document stands without leaving the job.
Some shipments don't move in lockstep β inventory arrives every day, and pieces of it leave for the customer every day. The new Household Goods shipment type in Mover Inventory is built for exactly that.
Instead of completing a stage to push every item forward at once, crews move any selection of items between stages whenever they're ready, jump the shipment to any stage β forward or back β and keep the flow going continuously.
In the CMS, a new Stage Board tab lays the whole shipment out as a kanban: every stage, every item, with per-stage PDF printing and a full history of who moved what, when.

In the app: move items at your own pace

In the CMS: the Stage Board

Household Goods shipments, concurrent stage moves, and the Stage Board are live across the Mover Inventory CMS, app, and customer portal. Enable it on the company, tick the box on the shipment, and move inventory the way your warehouse actually works β item by item, day by day.
The interstate Bill of Lading now writes every column of its Important Dates table straight from your real schedule. On a multi-day move, you tag each working day as a Pack, Pick Up, or Delivery date for the BOL, enter the First Available Delivery Date and a Guaranteed Service Date range on the same screen, and the Crew App stamps the actual pickup and delivery dates automatically as the crew works the job.
This is built for interstate moves sold with guaranteed service. Under FMCSA rules (49 CFR 375.601), guaranteed service can be written as guaranteed dates or periods of time β so the BOL supports both a specific guaranteed delivery date and a from/to guaranteed service window, exactly the way movers actually sell the commitment.

The Actual Del. Date column (1), filled from the signature date
This enhancement is live in production for all accounts. Open any interstate work request with a multi-day move and the new BOL date controls are ready to use β no setup required. As always, this came straight from customer feedback: if there's anything else you'd like the BOL to capture, let us know.
Every worker's workload is now one click away. The Mover Inventory CMS Users Management screen gains an Assigned Shipments column showing how many active shipments each worker is on, and clicking the number opens a full assignment view: every shipment the worker was assigned to, the stage they were assigned, whether that stage is completed or in progress, the shipment's current stage, their role, and exactly when they were assigned.
Support and operations teams can answer "what is this worker on right now?" in seconds β and jump straight into any shipment from the same screen.

The Assigned Shipments column is live in Mover Inventory CMS under Users. Open Users Management, click a count, and see exactly where every worker is β shipment by shipment, stage by stage.
Your leads now have a report of their own. The new Leads Report, available under Sales β Reports, lists every lead with its contact details, origin and destination, key dates, referral source, and current status β one row per lead, filterable by created date and exportable for deeper analysis. It's the quickest way to review a period's leads, see where they came from, and check where each one stands.

The Leads Report is live under Sales β Reports. Open it, set your date range, and every lead's details β source, status, and destination β are on one screen.
Sales tax now follows the move. You can maintain a city-by-city sales tax list under Settings β General β Sales Tax, and Movegistics applies the right rate automatically from the work request's origin address: an origin in Chicago picks up Chicago's 10.25%, an origin in Phoenix picks up 8.6%. When the origin city isn't in your list, the system falls back to your location's sales tax percentage β so every move gets a rate, and moves from configured cities get the precise one. The rate flows through Move Pricing, Work Order Pricing, Income, and Invoices.

Origin-based sales tax is live under Settings β General β Sales Tax. Import your city table or add the cities you serve, and every new work request will carry the right rate from pricing through invoice.
