🚀 Why This Matters

Whether you're prepping for a piano move, spa relocation, or high-end packing job, the right tools can make or break your crew’s efficiency. This section lets you track and organize job-specific tools so dispatchers and crews never miss a critical item again.

✅ What’s New & Powerful

• Log reusable tools like dollies, jacks, straps, and ramps
• Assign tools to specific jobs or trip types
• 🗂 Use filters and views to sort tools by category or use case
• 🔁 Reuse tools across jobs without losing track of inventory

🪜 Step-by-Step: Add a Tool

1. Go to Resources > Tools
2. Click ➕ Add New Tools
3. Enter:
4. • Tool Name or Identifier (e.g., “Appliance Dolly”)
   • Internal tool code or number (optional)
   • Any extra notes (e.g., belongs to Truck 5 or high-value asset)
5. Click Save

That’s it—your tool is now trackable across dispatches and job plans.
