✅ Part 1: Move Prep & ETA

This step ensures the crew supervisors are fully prepared before they arrive on-site. They can review assigned jobs, confirm trucks and supplies, communicate with the office, notify the customer with an ETA, and optionally clock in for any pre-job activities like truck inspection or transit.

🎯 Goals of This Step

• View all assigned jobs for the day
• Review job details, crew, trucks and supplies
• Review job notes
• Send ETA to the customer
• (Optional) Clock in for pre-job tasks or transit

🧭 What the Supervisor Should Do Here

1️⃣ View Your Day

• Open the Calendar tab.
• Any date with a job will show an orange dot.
• Tap the date to view assigned moves.

2️⃣ Open the Job Card

• View Job Info
• • Customer info
  • Start time
  • Estimated volume/weight
  • Assigned crew and trucks
  • Origin and Destination Addresses
• Accept the Job
• Click on Start Job

3️⃣ View Assigned Crew

• Scroll down to the Job Summary
• Tap the orange person icon to view move info, workers, contractors, trucks and packing materials assigned to the job
• Tap the orange i icon to view the addresses, additional stops (if any) and access info

4️⃣ Review Job Notes or Add Notes

• Tap the orange Notes icon to:
• • View office instructions and job notes
  • Add notes for the dispatcher
• All notes are time-stamped and visible in CRM

5️⃣ Send an ETA to the Customer

• Tap the ETA button, calculate or enter duration manually if you need to make stops enroute
• Choose to send via text or email
• Great way to set expectations before arrival!

6️⃣ (Optional) Clock In for Pre-Job

• If Pre-job is enabled, select the Pre-job activity and tap Clock In
• Use this to track time spent on:
• • Truck inspection
  • Pre-loading prep
  • Meeting with team
• Time is tagged as unbillable "Pre-Job" activity
