We’re excited to announce a powerful new enhancement to the Mover Inventory CMS, now also live in the Customer Portal — designed to give you and your customers complete visibility and control over inventory at every stage of the moving process.

🆕 What’s New?

We’ve introduced dynamic tabs under Items that automatically reflect the stages defined in shipment. These tabs are populated in real-time based on the actions taken at each stage (like adding, removing, or delivering items).

For example:

• At “Loading at Origin”, all items added at that stage will be shown.
• At “Unloading at Storage”, only items added to storage are listed.
• At “Loading Out of Storage”, you’ll see items removed from storage.
• At “Delivery at Destination”, you’ll see what has been delivered to the customer’s location.
  
  

Each tab is automatically generated based on the shipment’s defined stages, giving you a clear and accurate inventory breakdown by stage.

👥 Also Available in the Customer Portal

Your customers will now have the same transparent, stage-based inventory view in the Customer Portal. This gives them real-time insight into:

• What’s been picked up
• What’s in storage

💡 Why This Matters

Previously, users only had two tabs — items added and items removed. Now, thanks to your feedback, we’ve made this far more powerful by introducing detailed, stage-based visibility.

This improvement will help:

• Prevent confusion over item status
• Ensure nothing is missed or misplaced
