We’re excited to introduce powerful updates in Movegistics 5.0, designed to streamline customer compliance.

📖 Description

To strengthen compliance and provide clear acknowledgement from your customers, Movegistics now allows you to require a signature/initials on the valuation coverage selection section of the estimate.

👥 Who this is for

• Estimators and Sales Teams
• Moving companies that require clear customer acknowledgement for valuation coverage options

💡 Why this matters

• Ensures customers understand and confirm their chosen coverage option.
• Reduces risk of disputes or misunderstandings about liability.
• Makes your estimates more professional and legally sound.

🛠 How to use it

1. Go to Settings → Pricing → Valuation.
2. Enable the option Require Valuation Signature.
3. During estimate creation:
4. • If a valuation option requiring a signature is selected, an E-SIGN button appears.
   • The customer is prompted to sign/initial directly in the system.
5. Once signed:
6. • The signature/initials appear next to the selected valuation in the estimate.
   • The signature also appears in the Estimate Preview.
