We’ve added a new Estimate Title setting that allows you to predefine and auto-populate titles for estimates based on the service type.

Now, when you create an estimate, the system will:

• Automatically pull the title defined for that service type (from Settings).
• If no title is set for the service type, the system will use the default title.
• Pre-fill the estimate title during estimate creation in the Estimate Details step.

• Sales teams preparing estimates for multiple service types (Local, Interstate, Commercial, etc.)
• Companies that want consistent, professional, and automated naming conventions for estimates

• Saves time by reducing manual edits to estimate titles
• Ensures consistency across all estimates, regardless of who creates them
• Makes estimates easier to search, track, and identify by service type + customer name

🛠 How to use it

1. Navigate to Settings → Sales → Estimate → Estimate Title.
2. Define a custom title for each service type you use (e.g., Local, Interstate, Commercial).
3. When creating an estimate:
4. • The system will auto-populate the title based on the service type.
   • 👉 Example: If in Settings you define the Estimate Title for “Local ” as Local Service, then when you create a new estimate, the system will automatically generate the title: Local Service for + customer name
