📖 Description

• We’ve enhanced the Dispatch Screen in Movegistics 5.0 to make it easier for operations teams to quickly identify double assignments of workers, contractors, or vehicles across multiple teams.
• With this update, the system now automatically highlights duplicate assignments in red, giving dispatchers immediate visibility and preventing scheduling conflicts before they occur.

⚙️ Where to Find It

📍 Path: Operations → Dispatch

• In the Dispatch view, each team and assignment is displayed as usual.
• Now, whenever the same worker, contractor, or vehicle is assigned to multiple teams at overlapping times, the duplicated names or resources will appear highlighted in red.

🔄 How It Works

• When dispatchers assign resources to multiple teams, Movegistics automatically checks for duplicate assignments.
• If the same person or vehicle appears in another active team:
🔴 Their name or vehicle will be highlighted in red on the screen.
• This allows quick identification of potential double bookings without having to manually review each team.

💡 Why This Matters

✅ Prevents scheduling conflicts and overlapping team assignments.
✅ Saves time during busy dispatch operations.
✅ Improves visibility and operational accuracy at a glance.
✅ Ensures better crew and fleet coordination before publishing jobs.

“Spot double assignments instantly! 🔴 New visual alerts in Dispatch help you avoid crew & vehicle conflicts before they happen.”
