Filters just learned to say “or.” When you apply more than one filter to a list, a new Filter Condition selector lets you choose how they combine: And returns records matching every condition — the behavior you know — while Or returns records matching any of them. One view can now catch, say, every job whose Service Type is Commercial or that's tagged Commercial — so records filed either way all land in the same list.
1) Open Add Filters on any supported list and add two or more filters. The Filter Condition selector appears at the top — pick And to require every condition, or Or to match any of them.

2) For the “either way” case: filter Service Type is any of Commercial, add Tags is any of COMMERCIAL, and switch the condition to Or — the list now shows jobs that match either one.

3) Save it as a view wherever Save View is available, and the operator is saved with it.
AND / OR filter logic is live now in Add Filters across your listings and saved views — no setup needed. Build the view that matches how your data actually looks, not just how it's supposed to. Straight from customer feedback, as always.
