Multi-day jobs and recurring internal work orders just got dramatically faster to build. Every work order card now carries a Duplicate action — click it and the Add Work Order drawer opens pre-filled with the source work order's details: title, arrival window, dates and times, estimate, service type, job type, activity, amount, and resource allocation. Change the date (and anything else that differs that day), click Add, and a new work order with its own WO ID is created under the same work request. What used to be a full re-entry per day is now duplicate, adjust, save.

What's New

• Duplicate on the work order card: alongside Edit, View, and Delete on every work order in the work request's Work Orders panel.
• Clone from the Work Orders list: in Operations → Work Orders, select a work order and use the new Clone action in the toolbar — same pre-filled drawer, same result.
• Pre-filled, not pre-committed: everything in the drawer stays editable before you save, and the copy is fully independent — editing one work order never changes the other.
• A real new work order: the duplicate gets its own WO ID under the same work request and behaves like any newly added work order from there — scheduling, dispatch, and Crew App included.

🧭 How to Use It

1) On the work request, expand the work order in the Work Orders card and click Duplicate.

2) The Add Work Order drawer opens pre-filled from the source — title, arrival window, dates, times, estimate, service type, job type, activity, amount, and resource allocation. Change the date and anything else that differs, then click Add.

3) Prefer working from the list? In Operations → Work Orders, select a work order and click Clone in the toolbar — the same pre-filled drawer opens.

Good to Know

• The source is untouched: duplicating never modifies the original work order — the copy is a separate record from the moment it's created.
• It lands where you expect: the new work order appears under the same work request's Upcoming work orders, ready to assign and dispatch.
• Review before you save: the drawer is a starting point — dates, times, amounts, and resources are all editable, so each day's copy can differ as much as it needs to.
