The Kanban view's cards now work as hard as the board itself. The contact and company names on every work request card are live: a single click on the contact opens a quick-actions popover — add an event, send an email or text, log a note or call, create an estimate, follow-up, work order, or invoice — all without leaving the board. A double click jumps to the contact's detail page, and one click on the company name opens the company's details. Working a pipeline no longer means opening every card to act on it.

🧭 How to Use It

1) On the Work Requests Kanban view, hover a card's contact name — the tooltip reminds you: single click for the Actions Popover, double click for Contact Details.

Good to Know

• Single vs. double click: one click on the contact = quick actions; two clicks = the contact's full detail page. The on-screen tooltip keeps the distinction handy until it's muscle memory.
• Matches the list views: contact and company links were already clickable in the list views — the Kanban board now behaves the same, with the actions popover as a bonus.
• Everything stays in context: actions launched from the popover belong to that contact and work request, just as if you'd opened the record first.
