Links in notes now work end to end. When a note containing a URL is shared with the crew, the link arrives in the Crew App as a live, tappable hyperlink — one tap opens it, no copying and pasting from the field. Building instructions, parking maps, COI documents, customer portals: whatever your office links in a note, the crew can now open it on the spot.

What's New

• Hyperlinks in crew notes: any note pushed to the Crew App with Show Note To Crew now renders its URLs as clickable links in the app's Notes screen.
• Tap to open: tapping the link takes the crew member straight to the destination.
• Consistent with the CRM: notes in the CRM already render links as hyperlinks — now the Crew App matches, so a link behaves the same wherever the note is read.

🧭 How to Use It

1) Add your note as usual — on the work order (or via Edit Work Order), paste the link into Notes and check Show Note To Crew.

2) In the Crew App's Notes screen, the link appears hyperlinked — the crew taps it and lands on the page.

3) Back in the CRM, the note shows on the work order's Notes tab, marked as a Crew Note — hyperlinked there as always.

Good to Know

• Works wherever crew notes come from: any note with a link that reaches the Crew App as a crew note renders it as a hyperlink — including links mixed into longer note text.
• Nothing to configure: this applies automatically to new and existing crew notes containing links.
