Supplies now sit where dispatch happens. The Packing Materials section lives on the work order's Dispatch screen, directly below Assign Tools & Equipment — so the team staffing and sending the job sees the supplies going with it: each material with its Container, Pack, and Unpack quantities at a glance.

And supplies no longer depend on an estimate. When a job has one, materials and quantities auto-populate from Pricing as always. When it doesn't, manage them straight on the work order — edit the WO Pricing's Packing Materials grid, and the supplies land on the Dispatch card and flow everywhere else: the WO Summary, the Crew App, and Income/Expense, exactly like estimate-generated supplies.

What's New

• Packing Materials on Dispatch: the section now appears on the Dispatch screen right below Assign Tools & Equipment — Assign Team, Assign Tools & Equipment, Packing Materials, then the Dispatch summary.
• Supplies without an estimate: on work orders with no estimate, add or adjust materials via the work order's Pricing → Packing Materials grid, choosing from your existing packing materials list.
• Same flow downstream either way: whether supplies came from an estimate or were added manually, they show in the WO Summary, the Crew App's Materials screen, and Income/Expense identically.

🧭 How to Use It

1) Open the work order's Dispatch tab — the Packing Materials card sits below Assign Tools & Equipment, listing each material with its Container / Pack / Unpack counts. With an estimate on the job, it's already populated from Pricing.

2) To add or adjust supplies — including on jobs with no estimate — open the Pricing tab and click the pencil on Packing Materials.

3) In Edit WO Pricing, enter quantities and rates against any material in the grid — Container, Pack, and Unpack — and update.

4) Back on Dispatch, the card reflects the change instantly — the new material appears with its counts, and the totals carry through to the BOL, WO Summary, and Income/Expense.

5) The crew sees the same list in the Crew App's Materials screen — every material and quantity for the job.

• Estimates still drive it when present: jobs with an estimate populate supplies and quantities from Pricing automatically, exactly as before.
• One source of truth: manual and estimate-generated supplies behave the same everywhere — WO Summary, Crew App, Income/Expense — so there's no second-class path.
• Grid format included: the WO Pricing grid is the same Container / Pack / Unpack packing materials grid used across pricing, income, and expenses.
