Property Exceptions in Mover Inventory now cover the best possible outcome: a damage-free property. When property exceptions are required at the beginning or end of a stage and the crew finds no damage, a new No Exception option lets them record exactly that — a clean, signed “no damage found” entry with a note, driver initials, and driver signature. The mandatory-exception workflow stays airtight, and crews complete it in seconds instead of logging a placeholder entry.
What's New
- Show No Exceptions setting: a new option under Exception Settings in the CMS, nested under Allow Property Exception alongside Require at Beginning of Stage and Require at End of Stage.
- No Exception Found checkbox in the app: when the setting is on and a property exception is required at a stage's beginning or end, the Add Property Exception screen shows a No Exception section at the top — at both Stage Begin and Stage End.
- A clear confirmation step: selecting it pops a confirmation explaining that Photos, Property Damage, Area / Room, and Damage Type won't be selectable for this exception.
- A focused, signed record: after confirming, the damage sections gray out and the crew completes just three things — Note, Driver Initials, and Driver Signature — then submits. The entry is recorded like any other property exception.
Who This Is For
- Moving companies that make property exceptions mandatory at the beginning or end of stages
- Crews and drivers who need a fast, honest way to record a damage-free walkthrough
- Operations and claims managers who want clean no-damage records with a signature behind them
- Back office teams keeping stage documentation consistent across every job
⚙️ How to Configure
- In the Mover Inventory CMS, go to Settings → Shipment Type and open Exception Settings. Under Allow Property Exception, enable Show No Exceptions alongside Require at Beginning of Stage and/or Require at End of Stage.

Settings (1) → Shipment Type (2) → Exception Settings → Show No Exceptions (3)
- In the crew app, when a property exception is required and the property has no damage, the crew checks No Exception Found at the top of the Add Property Exception screen.

- A confirmation appears, explaining that Photos, Property Damage, Area / Room, and Damage Type won't be available for this exception. Tap Confirm to continue — or Cancel to document damage normally.

- Once confirmed, the damage sections gray out so the record stays unambiguous.

- The crew completes the three remaining fields — Note, Driver Initials, and Driver Signature — and taps Submit Exception. The no-damage record is saved.

- The same option is available wherever the exception is required — at Stage Begin and at Stage End.

Good to Know
- It appears only when it should: the No Exception option shows on the property exception screen when a property exception is required at the beginning or end of a stage — the crew can select it and proceed to the next step.
- It's a real record: a No Exception entry is stored as a property exception, complete with the note, driver initials, and driver signature — so every stage still has documented proof of the property's condition.
- The confirmation protects accuracy: if the crew spots damage after all, Cancel returns them to the full form with Photos, Property Damage, Area / Room, and Damage Type.
- Configured per shipment type: Show No Exceptions lives in each shipment type's Exception Settings, so you decide where it applies.
- Damage logging is unchanged: when there is damage, crews document it exactly as before.
