The moment a customer signs is the moment everything should feel settled — and now it does. Based on customer feedback, the estimate review flow ends on a single, clear Final Confirmation tab: the thank-you message, the deposit section when one is due, and the View Resources and Download Estimate PDF buttons, all in one place. The extra thank-you popup is gone, the Pay Deposit tab has become Final Confirmation, and once the deposit is received the tab flips to Confirmed — so your customer always knows exactly where they stand and when they're done.
✨ What's New
- One Final Confirmation tab — the Pay Deposit step is now Final Confirmation, holding the thank-you message, the progress status (Reviewed → Signed → Deposit), and the deposit section when applicable.
- Thank-you popup removed — no more intermediate popup after signing; the flow moves straight to Final Confirmation with the next step in plain sight.
- Resources and PDF at hand — View Resources and Download Estimate PDF buttons are available in the flow's header and again on the confirmation screen.
- Status that updates itself — after the deposit is paid, the tab becomes Confirmed and shows the received amount — the booking is locked in, and the customer can simply close the window.
👥 Who This Is For
- Your customers — who finish reviewing, signing, and paying in one continuous flow with no ambiguous popups at the finish line.
- Sales reps and owners — who send estimates for e-sign and want the deposit collected in the same sitting, while the signature is fresh.
- Support teams — who field fewer "did it go through?" calls because the final screen states the outcome explicitly.
🧭 How to Use It
- Customers move through the estimate as before — Summary → Detail Estimate Preview → E-Sign — with View Resources and Download Estimate PDF available from the start.

- After signing, the flow lands on Final Confirmation. With no deposit due, the customer sees the thank-you message, their Reviewed → Signed status, and a note that the estimate is saved — they can close the window.

- When a deposit applies, the same tab adds the Pay Deposit button and the deposit breakdown — deposit amount, convenience fee, and total required — with a reminder that one step remains to secure the booking.

- Once the deposit is received, the tab updates to Confirmed: the received amount is shown, the status reads Reviewed → Signed → Deposit Received, and the estimate is saved and fully confirmed.

🔎 Good to Know
- The deposit section appears only when it applies. Estimates without a required deposit go straight to the saved-and-done state.
- The header buttons follow the customer. View Resources and Download Estimate PDF are available on every step, so the customer can grab their copy at any point.
- Clear close-out. Each end state tells the customer explicitly that the estimate is saved (and confirmed, once paid) and that the window can be closed.
