Every worker's workload is now one click away. The Mover Inventory CMS Users Management screen gains an Assigned Shipments column showing how many active shipments each worker is on, and clicking the number opens a full assignment view: every shipment the worker was assigned to, the stage they were assigned, whether that stage is completed or in progress, the shipment's current stage, their role, and exactly when they were assigned.
Support and operations teams can answer "what is this worker on right now?" in seconds β and jump straight into any shipment from the same screen.
β¨ What's New
- Assigned Shipments column β in Users Management, each worker now shows a count of their active shipments (in progress or pending).
- Assigned Shipments detail screen β click the count to see every assignment for that worker: shipment name and ID, Assigned Stage, Stage Status, Shipment Current Stage, Role (Worker or Supervisor), and the Assigned At date and time.
- One click to the shipment β each shipment ID in the list links directly to that shipment's details screen.
π₯ Who This Is For
- Support teams β who field "where is my crew?" questions and can now trace any worker's jobs without opening shipments one by one.
- Operations managers β who balance workloads and need to see instantly who is stretched across several active shipments and who is free.
- Warehouse and admin staff β who verify which supervisor or worker handled which stage of a shipment, with the timestamp to match.
π§ How to Use It
- In the Mover Inventory CMS, open Users. The new Assigned Shipments column shows each worker's count of active shipments β in progress or pending.

- Click a worker's count to open their Assigned Shipments screen β one row per stage assignment, with the Assigned Stage, its status, the shipment's current stage, the worker's role on that assignment, and when it was assigned.

- Click any shipment ID to land directly on that shipment's details screen. Assignments themselves are managed where they always have been β each shipment's Worker Management, stage by stage.

π Good to Know
- The count is active work. The Users Management number counts shipments that are in progress or pending β a clean read on current workload.
- The detail view is the full history. It lists all of the worker's assignments, including completed stages, so it doubles as an assignment audit trail.
- One row per stage. A worker assigned to several stages of the same shipment appears once per stage, each with its own status and timestamp.
π Available Now
