Any URL typed into an internal note, a call log entry, or a follow-up log is displayed as a blue, clickable hyperlink — click it and it opens, instead of being copied and pasted into the browser every time. A small change that saves a few seconds on every note that carries a payment link, a shared document, or a reference page.

- Clickable hyperlinks — URLs in Internal Notes, Call Logs, and Follow-Up Logs render as blue links that open directly on click.
- Works automatically — just type or paste the URL into the note as usual; no special formatting needed, and existing notes with links get the same treatment.

🧭 How to Use It
- Type a note as usual — in the work request/work order Notes tab, any URL you include is shown in blue and opens on click.
- The same applies in the Call Log — links inside logged calls and voice-message notes are clickable.
- And in Follow-Up Logs, every linked note opens its URL directly.
🔎 Good to Know
- Plain URLs are enough. Both https:// links and bare domains (like go.movegistics.com) are recognized and linked.
- Everywhere notes appear. The linking applies across Internal Notes, Call Logs, and Follow-Up Logs, so the note reads the same wherever your team encounters it.
