We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement that gives dispatchers and operations teams greater control over how jobs appear on the scheduling calendar.

Previously, Work Order Activities supported only background color customization for calendar display. With this release, users can now configure a custom text color for each Work Order Activity, making it easier to distinguish activities at a glance and improve schedule readability.

✨ What’s New?

A new Text Color option has been added to the Monthly Calendar Display Color section within Work Order Activities settings.

Users can now configure:

✅ Background Color
✅ Text Color

for every Work Order Activity independently.

This allows organizations to create meaningful visual distinctions between different activity types directly within the schedule.

⚙️ How to Configure Text Colors

1️⃣ Open Work Order Activities

Navigate to Settings → General → WO Activities.

2️⃣ Select an Activity

Choose the activity you want to customize and click Edit.

3️⃣ Choose Text Color

Under Job Calendar Display Color, select the new Text Color option.

4️⃣ Save Changes

Choose your preferred text color and click Save.

The configured colors will automatically appear in: Operations → Monthly Schedule

Each job will now display with:
