On many jobs — especially commercial ones — the person meeting your crew at the origin or destination isn't the main contact on the work request. The Crew App now makes that onsite contact one tap away: the Phone number under each location's Location Info is a live link. Tap it, the dialer opens with the number ready, and the crew is talking to the right person at the right door — no manual dialing.

What's New

• Tappable onsite phone: the Phone under Origin and Destination → Location Info now shows as a blue link and opens the phone's dialer with that number, on iOS and Android.
• Per work order: each work order dials its own origin and destination contacts — on multi-day jobs where the onsite contact differs by day, the right number is always the one on that day's work order.
• Everything else unchanged: the orange Call button still calls the main work request contact, and the rest of the Job Summary stays exactly as it was.

Who This Is For

• Crews and drivers who need the building contact, site supervisor, or receiver — not the account contact — on move day
• Commercial movers, where the onsite point of contact differs from the main contact on a large share of jobs
• Dispatchers who enter per-location contact people and phones and want crews actually using them

🧭 How to Use It

1) In the Crew App, open the work order and expand Origin or Destination in the Job Summary, then open Location Info. The onsite contact's phone shows as a blue, tappable link.

2) Tap the number — the phone's dialer opens with the number filled in, ready to call.

Good to Know

• Formatted numbers just work: numbers with country codes and spacing (like +1 703 627 3799) dial correctly.
• No number, no link: if a location has no onsite phone entered, the field simply shows a dash — nothing to tap.
• Two call paths, clearly split: orange Call button = the work request's main contact; the Location Info link = that location's onsite contact.
