We’ve made an important enhancement to how Arrival Windows work in Movegistics 5.0 — giving you greater control per job.

🆕 What’s New?

You can now edit the Arrival Window Duration directly from:

• Work Order Drawer
• Multi-Day Move Drawer
  

By default, the arrival window duration is pulled from your calendar settings (e.g., 120 minutes), but now you can adjust it per job on the fly!

• Tailor arrival time windows for specific jobs
• Improve communication with your customers
• Avoid confusion and reduce last-minute rescheduling
• Eliminate the need to rely only on global settings

🛠️ How It Works

1. Navigate to Work Order or Multi-Day Move drawer
2. You’ll now see an editable Arrival Window Duration field.
3. Adjust the value (e.g., 60 mins, 90 mins, etc.) to best reflect that job’s requirements.
4. This value will now reflect automatically in estimates and work order views.
