Your inspection routines are now part of the job itself. Activity Checklists let you attach a checklist to any crew activity β before it starts, after it ends, or both β and the Crew App enforces it: the crew can't clock in until the Before checklist's required items are done, and can't clock out until the After checklist is complete.
Truck-empty photos before loading, customer walkthroughs with a signature at delivery, equipment close-out when the crew returns to the warehouse β each one captured in the moment, every time, with the proof stored on the activity.
Four item types cover the way inspections actually work: a simple checkbox, a photo (single, or up to five), a signature captured on screen, and a checkbox with conditional photo β a Yes/No question where answering Yes (damage found, equipment missing) requires a photo before the crew can continue.
