Meet the Bingo Sheet View β a visual, grid-based inventory tracker that turns every shipment into a live scoreboard. Each numbered block in the grid is one item: grey until it's scanned, green once it's checked off, red if an exception is recorded. One glance tells a crew lead, a back-office coordinator, or the customer exactly what's done, what's pending, and what needs attention.
It's live everywhere at once: as crews scan items or record exceptions in the Mover Inventory app, the same grid updates instantly in the CMS and the Customer Portal β no refresh needed. Tap any block for the item's photo, room, label, and exception details, verify items manually when a QR label is damaged, let customers follow their delivery live and report issues with comments and photos, and print a stage-by-stage Bingo Sheet PDF for the file.
What's New
- Bingo View in the MI app: a grid of numbered blocks β one per item β with a sticky Inventory Progress scoreboard (items scanned / total), available in all four scanning stages: Add Items to Inventory, Add Items to Storage, Remove Items from Storage, and Remove Items from Inventory.
- One color language everywhere: grey = not yet scanned, green = successfully scanned, red = exception recorded β with the legend right on screen, identical in the app, the CMS, and the Customer Portal.
- Tap a block to βfind itβ: every block opens an Item Detail view with the photo, item name, room, label/QR, status, and any exception details β no more βwhat is item #42?β
- Manual Verify: if a QR label is damaged or won't scan, tap the grey block and verify the item manually β overrides are logged and counted on the printed sheet.
- Real-time sync: scans and exceptions made in the app appear instantly on the CMS Bingo tab and in the Customer Portal.
- Customer Portal live tracker: customers follow pickup and delivery as they happen, tap delivered items, and record a Customer Comment β with up to 3 photos per record β which notifies the shipment owner by email.
- Print Bingo Sheet PDF: from the CMS Bingo tab, choose a stage, optionally include item photos, and print a complete inventory check-off sheet with scoreboard, grid, outstanding tag numbers, exceptions, and initials.
Who This Is For
- Warehouse supervisors β when a truck unloads and several workers are scanning at once, the grid shows scanned, pending, and damaged items in real time
- Crews and drivers β find any item in seconds and verify unscannable labels without breaking stride
- Owners and claims managers β a defensible digital ledger where every scan, exception, and manual override is logged
- Customers β live, transparent tracking of their own goods at pickup and delivery
- Operations and back office β stage-by-stage PDF records for every shipment file
π§ How to Use It
In the Mover Inventory app
- Open the shipment and choose Bingo View from the action menu.

Bingo View in the shipment's action menu
- The grid shows one numbered block per item, with the Inventory Progress scoreboard and the color legend on top β grey for pending, green for scanned, red for exceptions.

- Tap any block to open Item Detail β photo, item name, room, label, status, and exception details. If a QR label is damaged or unreadable, tap the grey block and use Manual Verify to check the item off.

Tapping a pending block (1) opens Item Detail (2), with Manual Verify (3) for unreadable labels
- Use the search bar to find an item by name, label, or QR β matching blocks light up in the grid.

Searching highlights the matching block
In the CMS - Open the shipment and go to the new Bingo tab. Each scanning stage has its own sub-tab with its own grid and Inventory Progress bar.

- Exceptions recorded at a stage show red in that stage's grid; a fully scanned stage shows all green.

- Search here too β matching blocks are highlighted so the back office can locate any item instantly.

Searching the grid from the CMS
- Everything is live: as the crew scans in the app, the CMS grid updates at the same moment, with no refresh.

The CMS and the app showing the same shipment, in sync in real time
In the Customer Portal - Customers get the same live tracker under Bingo Items β for the pickup and delivery stages. As the crew scans and delivers, the customer watches blocks turn green in real time.

- If a customer notices damage on a delivered item, they tap its block (or search for it) and record a Customer Comment β and attach up to 3 photos of the damage. The shipment owner is notified by email right away.

Printing the Bingo Sheet PDF
- On the CMS Bingo tab, click Print Bingo Sheet PDF, select the stage, optionally check Include item photos, and click Print PDF.

- The generated sheet is a complete inventory check-off record: shipment and stage details, the scoreboard with exception and manual-override counts, the color-coded grid, tag numbers not yet checked off, tag numbers with exceptions, and a per-item detail table with status, exceptions, and worker/customer initials.

Good to Know
- On by default: Bingo Sheet View is part of the standard flow in the app, the CMS, and the Customer Portal β there's nothing to configure or enable.
- Storage stays behind the scenes: the Customer Portal shows only the pickup and delivery stages. The storage stages are visible internally in the app and CMS, but never exposed to customers.
- Overrides leave a trail: manual verifications are logged with a reason, and the printed sheet counts them on its scoreboard β so a hand-checked item is never silent.
- Customer reports reach you immediately: a customer comment on a delivered item triggers an email notification to the shipment owner, so your team can get in touch before a concern becomes a claim.
- PDF stage selection is smart: only completed and current stages are offered when printing, and voided items are excluded from the sheet.
