The interstate Bill of Lading now writes every column of its Important Dates table straight from your real schedule. On a multi-day move, you tag each working day as a Pack, Pick Up, or Delivery date for the BOL, enter the First Available Delivery Date and a Guaranteed Service Date range on the same screen, and the Crew App stamps the actual pickup and delivery dates automatically as the crew works the job.
This is built for interstate moves sold with guaranteed service. Under FMCSA rules (49 CFR 375.601), guaranteed service can be written as guaranteed dates or periods of time — so the BOL supports both a specific guaranteed delivery date and a from/to guaranteed service window, exactly the way movers actually sell the commitment.
What's New
- BOL Dates section on Add Multi Day Move: First Available Delivery Date, Guaranteed Service Date (From), and Guaranteed Service Date (To) — shown only when the Service Type is Interstate.
- “Show Dates in BOL for activity” selector on every day: each row of a multi-day move now carries a Pack / Pick Up / Delivery / None choice, so you decide exactly which BOL column that day's date lands in.
- Direct column mapping: days tagged Pack print under Pack Date(s), days tagged Pick Up print under Agreed P/U Date(s), the day tagged Delivery prints as the Guaranteed Del. Date, and days tagged None stay off the BOL entirely.
- Actual P/U Date fills itself: when the crew runs a Load or Unload activity in the Crew App, the activity date prints in the Actual P/U Date column.
- Actual Del. Date fills itself: when the customer signs the Delivery Acknowledgement in the Crew App, the signature date prints in the Actual Del. Date column.
- The BOL tracks the whole move: on a multi-day job the BOL card stays in Pre-Move status until the last work order is completed, then switches to Post-Move.
Who This Is For
- Owners and managers selling interstate moves with a guaranteed-service option
- Sales and booking teams writing guaranteed pickup and delivery commitments into the paperwork
- Move coordinators and dispatchers planning multi-day pack, load, and delivery schedules
- Crews in the field — their Load/Unload activities and delivery signatures stamp the actual dates
- Back-office and compliance staff who need the printed BOL to match what was sold
🧠How to Use It
- Open a multi-day interstate move and go to Add Multi Day Move. When the work request's Service Type is Interstate, the BOL Dates section appears at the bottom of the screen.

With Service Type: Interstate (1), the BOL Dates section appears on Add Multi Day Move (2)
- Tag your pack day(s): under each packing row, set Show Dates in BOL for activity to Pack. That date prints under Pack Date(s) on the BOL.

- Tag the pickup/load day(s) as Pick Up — they print under Agreed P/U Date(s).

- Tag the delivery day as Delivery — it prints as the Guaranteed Del. Date. Any day tagged None (a travel or staging day, for example) stays off the BOL.

- Fill in the BOL Dates section: First Available Delivery Date, plus Guaranteed Service Date (From) and (To) covering the first through last day of the guarantee. These print in the First Avail. Del. Date and Guaranteed Service Date(s) columns.

- Save — the BOL's Important Dates table now shows every planned date in its right column.

- The actual dates take care of themselves. When the crew runs a Load or Unload activity in the Crew App, that date prints in Actual P/U Date.

- When the customer signs the Delivery Acknowledgement in the Crew App, the signature date prints in Actual Del. Date.

- Once the move wraps up, the BOL carries the complete date story — planned, guaranteed, and actual — in one table.

Good to Know
- Interstate only: the BOL Dates section appears only when the Service Type is Interstate. Local, Intrastate, and International moves are unchanged.
- None means off the record: a day tagged None is still scheduled and dispatched normally — it just doesn't appear anywhere on the BOL PDF.
- Actual P/U Date always shows the latest activity: it reflects the most recent Load/Unload logged across all work orders on the work request. If a later work order logs a load, downloading any of the move's BOL PDFs again shows that newest date.
- Pre-Move until the job is done: on multi-day moves the BOL card keeps its Pre-Move badge until the final work order completes, even if earlier days are already finished.
- Guarantees stay optional: nothing here is mandatory. On a standard, non-guaranteed job, simply leave the guaranteed-date fields blank — the BOL prints as before and implies no guarantee that wasn't sold.
- Single-day guarantees work too: for a guarantee sold as one specific day, enter the same date in Guaranteed Service Date (From) and (To).
