Multi-location companies now have a single command center. The new Centralized Dashboard β a fourth tab under Dashboard, alongside Overview, Sales, and Leader Board β rolls every location into one view: the full work request funnel from request to booked, revenue and conversion against the prior period, a location-by-location league table, survey-type performance, and leaderboards for your top reps and lead sources.
Filter it by location, source, service, user, UTM campaign, or any date range, and see exactly how the whole company β or any slice of it β is performing.
β¨ What's New
- Sales Funnel β the work request pipeline end to end: WR Requested β Surveys Done (split AI vs. traditional) β Estimates Sent (with est-sent rate β the share of work requests with an estimate sent; when a work request has several, only the latest counts) β WR Booked (with close rate) β Open (work requests not yet sent an estimate) β Lost (closed lost). Two chips keep score: Close Rate (Booked Γ· Total WRs Γ 100) and No-Survey Leakage (WRs with no survey record).
- Revenue & Conversion vs. prior period β Total Revenue Booked (the combined total of all booked work requests β a work request's total and its estimate total are one and the same), Conversion Rate (converted work requests Γ· total work requests Γ 100), and Average Revenue per Booking (revenue Γ· bookings), each with its change against the equivalent prior period.
- Bookings & Revenue Trend β bookings and revenue on one chart, switchable between 30 days and 12 months, with a Prior Period overlay for a true like-for-like comparison.
- Location Performance league table β every location ranked with WRs, surveys done, est-sent rate, close rate, average booking, revenue, and AI Survey % β searchable, with a Chart View for revenue, volume, and close ratio.
- Performance by Survey Type β AI Survey, Traditional Survey, and No Survey cohorts side by side, with a metric comparison chart. A work request is classified by its latest survey β AI if the most recent survey was an AI survey, Traditional if it was traditional, and No Survey when none has been sent β making it easy to see how many work requests go unsurveyed and what that costs.
- Leaderboards β Top 5 Sales Reps and Top 5 Lead Sources across all locations, by bookings, close rate, and revenue.
- Six filters + flexible dates β Locations (pick any combination), Sources, Services, Users, UTM Campaign, and a From/To date range. The default is the last month, compared against the exact month before it.
π₯ Who This Is For
- Owners and executives of multi-location companies β who need the whole operation on one screen instead of switching location by location.
- Regional and location managers β who can benchmark their location against the rest of the company in the league table.
- Sales leaders β who track funnel health, close rates, no-survey leakage, and their top reps and lead sources across every branch.
π§ How to Use It
- Go to Dashboard and open the Centralized Dashboard tab. Use the filter bar to pick locations (all or any combination), sources, services, users, UTM campaign, and dates. The Sales Funnel at the top shows the complete pipeline with Close Rate and No-Survey Leakage at a glance.

- Below, Revenue & Conversion compares Total Revenue Booked, Conversion Rate, and Avg Revenue per Booking against the prior equivalent period, and the Bookings & Revenue Trend chart plots both series over 30 days or 12 months β add the Prior Period overlay to spot seasonality.

- The Location Performance league table ranks every location on volume, rates, and revenue (flip to Chart View for a visual comparison), and Performance by Survey Type breaks the same period into AI Survey, Traditional Survey, and No Survey cohorts.

- Finish with the Survey Type Metric Comparison chart β toggle between Est-Sent Rate, Close Rate, and Avg Booking β and the Leaderboards for your Top 5 Sales Reps and Top 5 Lead Sources company-wide.

π Good to Know
- Built for multiple locations. The Centralized Dashboard is designed for companies operating more than one location β it consolidates what you'd otherwise check location by location.
- Honest numbers over noisy ones. Percentages are suppressed and shown as "Insufficient Data" for any cohort with fewer than 20 work requests, so small samples never masquerade as trends. Metrics are revenue-based in this first version.
- Prior period means like-for-like. Every "vs prior period" comparison uses the equivalent window immediately before your selected range β a month against the month before it, 30 days against the prior 30.
- No-Survey Leakage is your action item. It counts work requests with no survey record β pair it with the Performance by Survey Type cards to see what unsurveyed jobs are costing you.
