Pipelines now work for contacts on their own β no work request required. Build a contact pipeline with the stages your process needs, assign each contact its pipeline stage, and switch the Contacts module into a Kanban view where every contact sits as a card under its stage, complete with stage counts and win probabilities. Marketing campaigns, outreach sequences, nurture lists β anything you track at the contact level now has a board of its own, and each user can even make Kanban their default Contacts view.
1) Go to Settings β Sales β Pipelines, open the Stages tab, and select your contact pipeline β or click Add pipeline to create one. Name the stages, set each stage's Win Probability, and save.
