The Kanban board family is complete: after Work Requests and Contacts, Work Orders now have a Kanban view of their own. One click on the Operations β Work Orders screen turns the list into a board where every pipeline stage is a column β from Booked through Truck(s) Assigned, Customer Confirmed, Published, Job Started, and on to Closed Out and Cancelled β each showing its work order count and dollar total. Drag a card to move the work order between stages, act on it right from the card, and set Kanban as your default Work Orders view if the board is where you live.
What's New
1) Go to Operations β Work Orders and click Kanban View.

Operations (1) β Work Orders (2) β the Kanban View toggle (3)
2) The board opens with a column per pipeline stage β count, total, and probability on each β and every work order as a card. Drag cards between stages, double-click to open the work order, use the pencil to edit, or export and download straight from the card.

3) To make the board your home view, set the Work Order default layout to Kanban under Settings β Profile β Default View Preferences β it's per user.

The Work Orders Kanban view is live now under Operations β Work Orders β no setup needed. Click Kanban View and run operations stage by stage, card by card. Built from customer feedback, as always β keep it coming.
