🧠 Why This Matters

If you’ve already set up team templates with trucks (as recommended), this step lets you quickly finalize your crew lineup for the day by adding workers and contractors. It ensures accurate capacity, resource availability, and streamlines the dispatching process.

✅ What’s Included

• Select a specific date to dispatch
• Add Workers, Contractors, or additional Vehicles to existing truck-only teams
• Optionally create extra teams for overflow or rentals

🪜 Step-by-Step: Complete Your Teams for Dispatch

1. Go to Operations > Dispatch
2. Use the calendar icon or arrows to pick your dispatch date
3. For each team:
4. • Click the anywhere below the team name to add crew, contractors, or vehicles
5. Optionally, click Add New Team to create one-off teams if needed

💡 Pro Tips

✅ Truck-only team templates save tons of time—just add people on the day you dispatch
✅ Assigning jobs to truck-only teams in advance keeps availability & capacity accurate
✅ You can assign Work Orders even before adding workers or contractors
✅ Only add additional teams if there’s a new truck or rental being used that day
