1. Go to Operations > Confirmations
2. Check the boxes on the left for the jobs you want to confirm
3. Click Confirm Customer or Confirm Resources from the top bar
4. Use filters or search to zero in on upcoming move dates
5. Prioritize jobs that are still marked Pending
6. Use the calendar toggle to browse different weeks or months
7. Use the Expand icon to get a full-screen view for batch confirmations
