This release brings workflow improvements across dispatch, work orders, and the Crew App, with behind-the-scenes restructuring to support upcoming scheduling and resource-sharing upgrades. If your team handles multiple jobs per day or relies heavily on contractors, these updates are especially for you.
You can now edit the job address directly at the Work Order level, and it will automatically carry forward into the Crew App and PDF documents.
📝 This was a frequent request from teams needing flexibility for last-minute job changes and to support addresses at the Work Order level for Work Requests that have multiple Work Orders—each with a different address.
We’ve added location-specific timezones in each user profile. All times in the CRM will now reflect the location's timezone, This eliminates scheduling issues and the need for individual users to set their time zone.
We’ve added 4 key columns to the Work Order screen:
💡 Pro Tip: Create custom views with needed columns, column order & filters to see the new fields!

💡 Originally requested by Bell Moving to help their ops team sort and filter jobs faster.
To prep for upcoming resource-sharing features, we’ve relocated the Resource module to the Settings area for centralized control.
You’ll now find Operational Reports under the Operations tab (instead of the side menu), making reporting easier to locate for daily use.

The Confirm/Decline step has been removed for workers and contractors. Now, once a job is assigned, they can start it directly in the Crew App—no extra taps or confirmation screens.
📣 Ortiz Bros and others advocated for this streamlined flow.
If you assign just one Crew App member to a job, that person will now be automatically marked as Supervisor, saving you an extra step.
The “Email Workers” tool now filters out inactive workers, so you don’t accidentally send messages to people no longer with your company.

The Discount field for packing materials has been moved out of the summary section and repositioned to align with how Crew App revenue is tracked.
💡 No impact to existing estimate totals or previously saved pricing.
More Ops-focused updates are planned between now and the end of the month, including enhancements to trip planning and resource assignment. We’ll keep you updated with screenshots, walkthroughs, and video tours to help your team get the most out of every improvement.
