We’re thrilled to announce the release of multiple new features and key enhancements in the Crew App in Movegistics 5.0. These updates are focused on improving efficiency, usability, and giving you more control across your workflows.
Description: Add temp workers on the fly during the job.
Who this is for: On-site Crew
Why this matters: Improves flexibility when working with freelancers or part-time crew.
How to use it:
Crew App: Job Summary > Crew & Supplies > Worker > Select “Temporary” from dropdown.
Description: Round off activity duration to ¼, ½, or full hour.
Who this is for: Admin & Crew
Why this matters: Simplifies payroll and time tracking.
How to use it:
CRM > Settings > Crew App > General > Time Rounding → Choose desired interval
Description: Upload receipts or proof of payment for non-card transactions.
Who this is for: On-site Crew & Accounting
Why this matters: Maintains payment transparency and avoids disputes.
How to use it:
Crew App > Receive Payment > Select Cash/Other/Check → Upload Proof
Description: Accept Stripe payments directly through the Crew App.

Why this matters: Enables fast, secure mobile payment collection.
How to use it:
Crew App > Receive Payment > Select Card > Process via Stripe
