Previously, the fee label was fixed and displayed as “Convenience Fee”, regardless of your company’s preferred terminology. With this enhancement, organizations can now customize the label to match their branding, compliance requirements, or industry standards.

Whether you prefer Credit Card Fee, Convenience Fee, Processing Fee, or another custom name, you can now configure it once and have it reflected across the platform.

⚙️ How to Configure the Fee Label

1️⃣ Navigate to Organization Settings

Go to: Settings → Organization → Global Settings

2️⃣ Locate the Fee Label Field

📝 Scroll to the Fee Label section.

By default, it contains: Convenience Fee

3️⃣ Enter Your Preferred Label

Type any label that matches your organization’s preference.

Examples:

• Credit Card Fee
• Convenience Fee
• Processing Fee
• Merchant Fee

4️⃣ Save Your Changes

💾 Save the settings.

The new label is immediately applied throughout the system.
