You can now attach supporting PDF documents directly to invoices in the Invoice Module, making it easier to share all relevant documents with your customers in a single email.

Whether it’s additional documentation, terms and conditions, receipts, or any other supporting file, the attached PDF will be included when the invoice is sent, eliminating the need for separate follow-up emails.

What’s New?

• Attach one or multiple PDF files while creating an invoice.
• Attached files are automatically included when the invoice is emailed to the customer.
• Only PDF files are supported.
• Minimum file size: 0.1 KB
• Maximum file size: 7 MB per file.

How to Use

1. Navigate to the Invoice Module and create or edit an invoice.
2. In the Invoice Info step, click Add Attachment.
3. Select one or more PDF files (up to 7 MB each).
4. Complete the invoice and send it to the customer.
5. The attached PDF files will be delivered along with the invoice email.
   

Note: Only PDF files are accepted. Multiple PDF attachments are supported, with each file having a maximum size of 7 MB.
