You can now:

✅ Edit Crew Activity names
✅ Reorder / sort activities based on your workflow
✅ Add completely new Crew Activities
✅ Customize the activity flow for different service types
✅ Automatically reflect the same order inside the Crew App

📍 Where to Access

Go to: Settings → Crew App → Crew Activities

💡 What Changed

Previously:

• Crew Activities were fixed
• Activity names could not be edited
• New activities could not be added
• The order of activities could not be changed
• Every company had to follow the default sequence

This made it difficult for companies with unique operational workflows or different move processes.

Moving companies often have operational steps unique to their workflow. You can now create completely new Crew Activities based on your business process.

Example custom activities:

• Storage Handling

This allows you to tailor the Crew App to your exact operational model.

🔄 Reorder activities based on your workflow

Crew Activities can now be reordered using drag-and-drop controls.

Example:

Some companies may prefer: Pre-Job → Pack → Load → Drive → Unload → Post-Job

While others may want: Pre-Job → Load → Drive → Unload → Unpack → Post-Job

The system now supports both workflows.

✏️ Rename Activities

You can also customize activity labels to match your business terminology.

Example:

• “Drive” → “Travel Time”
• “Pack” → “Packing Service”
• “Post-Job” → “Final Walkthrough”

This helps standardize terminology across office staff and crew members.

📱 Automatically Reflected in Crew App

Any changes made in: Settings → Crew App → Crew Activities will automatically reflect inside the Crew App for your crew members.

No additional setup required.
