We’re excited to introduce a new customization enhancement that gives organizations greater visual control over their Movegistics workspace.You can now configure custom color themes at the location level, allowing teams to visually distinguish locations and customize the Operations module experience.

This enhancement is especially useful for companies managing multiple branches, divisions, or service lines within the same Movegistics account.

📍 Where to Access

Go to: Settings → Locations → Edit Location

You will now see two new customization options:

🎨 Header Color Theme (Display for organizations with multiple locations)
🎨 Operations Color Theme

💡 What’s New

Movegistics now allows you to customize colors in two different ways:

1️⃣ Header Color Theme

Changes the header color displayed throughout the CRM for the selected location.

2️⃣ Operations Color Theme

Changes the color theme used within the Operations module for the selected location.

These settings help teams quickly identify which location they are working in while creating a more organized and visually intuitive experience.

The Header Color Theme allows each location to have its own visual identity.

When users switch between locations, the header color changes automatically based on the location configuration.

This provides an instant visual indicator of which location or division users are currently working in.

🚚 Operations Color Theme

The Operations Color Theme provides a separate color customization specifically for the Operations module.

Unlike the Header Color Theme, this option is available regardless of whether you have a single location or multiple locations.

Traditionally, Movegistics uses a blue-themed interface across the CRM.

With this enhancement, companies can now visually distinguish Operations workflows from Sales workflows.

1. Navigate to Settings → Locations
2. Select a Location
3. Click Edit
4. Scroll to the Theme Settings section
5. Choose a Header Color Theme
