Movegistics AI now introduces Role-Based Resource Allocation, ensuring that the right personnel are assigned to every move based on their designated role.
Each worker, driver, contractor, or crew member can be assigned one or more Worker Types (roles), allowing dispatchers to quickly filter and assign the appropriate resources during scheduling.
This enhancement simplifies team assignment, improves scheduling accuracy, and helps ensure every Work Order has the required personnel before dispatch.
Before assigning resources, administrators should configure the appropriate resource type for every Worker, Contractor, and Vehicle.
