We’re excited to introduce new features and improvements in Movegistics 5.0 CRM, all designed to boost productivity, streamline operations, and improve visibility for your entire team.
Sales Reps, Survey Teams, and Admins using Movegistics 5.0 CRM and Survey App on iOS.
These updates are based on customer feedback and aim to reduce repetitive work, prevent data loss, streamline navigation, and enhance overall usability — across both CRM and Survey App.
The Event Calendar now supports panel toggling and cleaner print views.
Why this matters: This gives users better control over their screen space and creates cleaner, more readable printed calendars for meetings, dispatches, and team planning.
1) Go to Settings > General > Service Type
2) Edit your preferred service type
3) Check Make it Default and save
The default service type will now auto-select when creating Work Requests (but can still be changed manually).
Why this matters: Helps reduce repetitive data entry and speeds up Work Request creation, especially useful for teams that mostly handle one type of move.
1) Go to Settings > Organization > Reorder Tabs
2) Drag and drop to change tab order based on your workflow preference.
Why this matters: Lets teams prioritize what they see first, improving focus and reducing time spent clicking through tabs.
Tags added to the Work Request will now appear under the Pricing section for improved visibility and context.
Why this matters: Provides better context during job pricing. Helps sales and dispatch teams make quicker, better-informed decisions without switching screens.
You can now export reports in both CSV and Excel formats directly from the Reports module.
Why this matters: Gives admins and operations teams more flexibility to analyze and share data outside the system — perfect for audits, reviews, or custom reporting.
