✅ 1. Planned vs. Assigned Resource Count in Job Schedule

Description: You can now view and compare the number of planned vs. actually assigned resources directly within the Job Schedule Card on the Work Order popup.

Who this is for: Dispatchers, Operations Managers

Why this matters: Helps you instantly identify if there’s a mismatch between what was planned and what’s been scheduled—no more second guessing or manual tracking.

How to use it:
Go to Operations > Job Schedule Card, and hover over the WO popup.

You'll now see:

• Planned Resource Count
• Assigned Resource Count
  

Match them up for smoother scheduling!

📅 2. Earliest & Latest Move Date Fields in Work Order

Description: New fields have been added to capture the Earliest Date and Latest Date for Interstate and International moves.

Who this is for: Sales, Dispatch, and Support Teams managing long-distance moves

Why this matters: Gives teams clarity on customer expectations and flexibility without cluttering the notes. Especially useful when customers provide a range of move dates or reschedule.

How to use it:
In a Work Order marked as Interstate or International:

• Enter Earliest Date if the customer gives you a preferred window.
• Use Latest Date if the move date changes but you want to retain a record for context.
  

You’ll find both fields available directly within the Work Order form.

🏷️ Work Request Tags Now Visible in Work Orders

Description: Tags added to the Work Request will now automatically carry over to the Work Order details page.

Who this is for: Sales, Dispatch, and Operations Teams

Why this matters:
Improves visibility and context by ensuring all relevant tags (e.g., job type, customer priority, special requirements) are readily available during scheduling, dispatch, and job execution.

How to use it:

• Add tags as usual while creating or editing a Work Request
• When a Work Order is generated from that WR, the same tags will appear under the Tags section in the Work Order detail page
• No extra steps needed—tags sync automatically
