Why this matters: You can now work seamlessly with customers and crews outside of the U.S.
How to use it:
Navigate to:
Settings > Locations > Country Code – update to your preferred country code.
Description: Remarks entered during payment requests now auto-populate in the payment request template.
Who this is for: Sales and Admin Teams
Why this matters: Adds clarity and personalized notes to payment communications.
How to use it:
Go to:
Settings > Conversation > Templates
Choose module: Payments > Edit the template > Add {{Remark}} merge field.
Description: The Crew supervisor can now download the Work Order Summary from the Crew Board.
Who this is for: Field crew and dispatchers
Why this matters: Enables quicker access to essential job details on the go.
How to use it: Crew Board > Tap the Job > Click "PDF to Download Summary".

Description: Movegistics 5.0 now supports automatic lead capture from HomeAdvisor and Angi.
Who this is for: Sales and Marketing Teams
Why this matters: No more manual lead entry—get leads directly from HomeAdvisor.
How to use it:
Settings > Marketing > HomeAdvisor
Follow the steps to connect your API key.
📍 6. Origin & Destination on Job Summary Card
Description: You can now see origin and destination addresses within the Job Schedule Card on the Work Order popup.
Who this is for: Operations and Dispatch Teams
Why this matters: Quickly access key location info without accessing WR/WO details.
How to use it:
Go to Operations > Job Schedule Card
Hover over the Work Order popup to view both addresses.
🚫 7. Void Option for Estimates
Description: Estimates can now be voided from within the Work Request.

Why this matters: Easier estimate tracking and clarity when multiple estimates exist.
How to use it:
Work Request > Estimates Tab > Select Estimate > Click “Void”
