🛠️ How to Use It:

Step 1: Set Arrival Window Duration
Go to: Settings > Calendars > Time Configuration > Arrival Window Duration
Set the desired window (e.g., 120 minutes = 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

Step 2: Add Work Order or Multi-Day Activity
When you create a Work Order or a Multi-Day Move, the arrival window will automatically reflect based on your configuration.




Step 3: Arrival Window Displays on Estimate PDF

The estimated PDF shared with your customer now shows the exact arrival window, separate from the job end time.

✅ No more using End Time to communicate arrival expectations!
