We’re excited to introduce the new Clone Survey feature in the Movegistics Survey App.

This enhancement allows users to quickly duplicate an existing survey and create a new version without starting from scratch.

💡 Why this matters

The biggest advantage of survey cloning is when customers require multiple versions of the same estimate.

Common Use Cases:

✅ One estimate with packing and another without packing

✅ One estimate for items going to storage and another for items going to the final destination

✅ Creating alternate pricing or service scenarios without redoing the survey

✅ Faster estimate preparation for customers requesting multiple move options

Instead of rebuilding the inventory again, users can now duplicate an existing survey and make only the required adjustments.

⚙️ How It Works

1. Open any existing survey in the Survey App
2. Click on the Clone (Duplicate) icon
3. Confirm duplication
4. A new survey is created with the same details
5. Click Sync to push the cloned survey to CRM
   

The cloned survey can then be edited independently and synced back to the CRM.

The duplicated survey retains:

• Inventory items
• Rooms and item quantities
• Volume & weight calculations
• Notes
• Tags
• Images
• Crating

Once the cloned survey is synced:

✅ The new survey appears separately in Movegistics 5.0 CRM
✅ Multiple surveys can be linked to the same Work Request
✅ Teams can generate multiple estimates from different survey versions
