We’re excited to announce a major upgrade that brings Operations Pipeline to Movegistics 5.0 — giving your operations team the same visibility and tracking power that your sales team already enjoys with the Sales Pipeline.
Who this is for:
Operations Managers, Dispatch Teams, and Admins responsible for scheduling, tracking, and managing Work Orders.
Why this matters:
Until now, only Work Requests had a structured pipeline. With the new Operations Pipeline, you can now:
- Monitor every stage of a job’s progress — from booking to closeout
- Automate stage changes based on actions like truck assignments or crew publishing
- Identify delays or bottlenecks early
- Improve communication and accountability across your operations team
How to use it:
- Automatic Progression:
Once a Work Order is created, it automatically enters the first stage of the pipeline: Booked. As the job progresses, the system moves it through the following stages:
- Booked – Default when a Work Order is created
- Truck Assigned – When a truck is assigned via Dispatch
- Pre-Customer Confirm – After customer confirmation is recorded
- Dispatched – When the work order is published to the Crew App
- Final Confirmed – When final confirmation is marked (manual step for final resource confirmation)
- Execution – When the job is started in the Crew App
- Closeout – When the job is completed in the Crew App
- Manual Control:
You can also manually drag and drop Work Orders between stages inside the Pipeline tab.
- Built-In Visibility:
The current pipeline stage is displayed on each Work Order screen for quick access and tracking.
