We’re excited to introduce Bulk Unit Reassignment (Reshuffle) in Mover Inventory CMS, making it faster and easier to reorganize inventory items while they are being added to storage.
Previously, if an item needed to be moved to a different storage unit, users had to open each individual item and manually edit its assigned unit. This process became time-consuming when multiple items needed to be reassigned.
With the new Reshuffle feature, you can now select multiple items at once and assign them to a different storage unit in a single action, significantly improving efficiency during storage operations.
The new Reshuffle option allows you to:
✅ Select multiple inventory items simultaneously
✅ Reassign all selected items to a different storage unit in one click
✅ Use Select All for even faster bulk updates
✅ Eliminate the need to edit each item individually
✅ Save valuable time when organizing or reorganizing storage units
Previously:
❌ Storage unit reassignment had to be completed one item at a time.
❌ Large storage moves required repetitive manual edits.
❌ Reorganizing inventory inside storage was slow and inefficient.
Now:
✅ Bulk reassignment can be completed in seconds.
✅ Storage organization becomes much faster.
✅ Reduces manual work and improves warehouse productivity.
✅ Makes correcting unit assignments quick and effortless.
The Reshuffle option is available during the Add Items to Storage stage.
When the shipment is in this stage, you’ll see the Reshuffle button under the Show All Items tab.
Navigate to the shipment and open: Items → Show All Items
During the Add Items to Storage stage, the Reshuffle button will be available.
🔄 Click the Reshuffle button.
This enables bulk selection mode for inventory items.
You can either:
☑️ Select individual items
or
☑️ Click Select All to choose every item displayed.
The number of selected items is displayed automatically.
📦 From the Unit dropdown, select the storage unit where the selected items should be moved.
Example:
Once a unit has been selected, the Assign to Unit button becomes active.
Click: ✅ Assign to Unit
All selected inventory items will immediately be reassigned to the chosen storage unit.
The Bulk Unit Reassignment (Reshuffle) enhancement is now available in Movegistics Mobile QR Inventory.
Whether you’re correcting storage assignments or reorganizing inventory, you can now move multiple items to a different storage unit in just a few clicks—making storage management faster, easier, and more efficient. 🚀
