With this enhancement, users can send, receive, and manage Outlook emails without switching between applications, keeping all customer communication centralized inside Movegistics AI.

⚙️ How to Configure

1. Navigate to Settings → Conversations → Email.
2. Click ➕ Add Inbox.
3. Enter an Inbox Name and choose either Personal or Shared.
4. Open the Channels tab and click Connect a Channel.
5. Select Outlook / Microsoft 365.
6. Sign in with your Microsoft organization email account and complete the authorization process.
7. Once connected, your inbox will appear under Connected Channels, where you can manage its status and conversation settings.

📨 Start Using Outlook in Movegistics AI

After the integration is complete:

Navigate to: 💬 Conversations → 📧 Email

Your connected Outlook inbox will now appear in the inbox selector.

From here, you can:
