We’re excited to introduce User-Level AWS Email Verification in Movegistics AI, making it easier than ever for administrators and users to monitor and manage email verification status directly within the CRM.

Previously, email verification status was only discovered when attempting to send emails or had to be manually checked and triggered through AWS SES. This enhancement brings complete visibility and self-service email verification directly into the platform.

✨ What’s New?

A new Email Verification Status indicator has been added under: Settings → Users

Each user will now display one of two statuses:

🟢 Verified
The email address has already been verified with AWS SES and is authorized to send and receive emails through Movegistics CRM.

🔵 Verify this email
The email address has not yet been verified and requires user action.

⚙️ How It Works

1️⃣ Navigate to Users

Go to: Settings → Users

2️⃣ Check Verification Status

Next to each user’s email address, you will now see:

• 🟢 Verified
• 🔵 Verify this email

3️⃣ Hover for Additional Information

Hovering over Verify this email displays a helpful tooltip:

“Email is not verified. Click here to send a verification email.”

4️⃣ Trigger Verification Email

Clicking Verify this email automatically sends an AWS verification email to the user’s inbox.

5️⃣ Complete Verification

The user simply opens the email and clicks the verification link.

Once completed, the CRM automatically updates the status to: 🟢 Verified

📬 Verification Email Details

Users will receive an email from:

Amazon Web Services
Sender: [email protected]

The email requests authorization to use that email address for sending and receiving communications through Movegistics CRM.

Typical message:

Please approve the request by clicking the verification link in the email titled “Amazon Web Services” from [email protected].

⏰ Important Information

⚠️ Verification links expire after 24 hours.

Users should complete verification as soon as possible after receiving the email.

If the link expires, administrators or users can simply trigger a new verification email from the Users page.

🔍 Can’t Find the Email?

If the verification email is missing:

✅ Check your Spam or Junk folder.
✅ Search your mailbox for: [email protected]

This usually helps locate the email quickly.

📍 Where Can Verification Status Be Viewed?

Verification status is now visible in multiple locations:

👤 Individual Users

• Can log into their profile and verify their own email status.

👨‍💼 Administrators

• Can review the verification status of all users from Settings → Users.
  

This gives organizations complete visibility into who is authorized to send emails from the CRM.
