1️⃣ Go to Settings > Integrations, select LiveSwitch, and log in to connect.

2️⃣ Navigate to the Work Request where you want to schedule a video survey.
3️⃣ Add an Event and select LiveSwitch Onsite Survey as the Event Type. Use the same Event Type for both virtual surveys and onsite surveys using LiveSwitch.
4️⃣ Save to instantly email the video meeting link to your customer and update the calendar.
