We’ve just released a small but important enhancement to Movegistics 5.0 that helps you dispatch crews more accurately and calculate travel time based on real operational locations.

🆕 What’s New

You can now store two separate addresses under your Location Settings:

1. Corporate Office Address
2. • Used for branding purposes
   • Appears on estimates, surveys, WRs, WO summaries, BOLs, invoices, receipts, and all email templates
3. Yard Address (Dispatch Address)
4. • Used for dispatch and travel time calculations
   • Ensures drive times are calculated from/to your actual operating yard, not your office headquarters

✅ Why This Matters

For many moving companies, the yard where trucks are dispatched is different from the corporate or published address. Until now, that mismatch could lead to:

• Inaccurate travel time estimates
• Dispatching errors
• Confusing route calculations

This update solves that by letting you separate your branding address from your dispatch reality.

👤 Who This Is For

This is especially useful for:

• Companies with multiple branches or warehouse yards
• Teams that dispatch from a different location than where customers send paperwork or visit for sales
• Ops managers who want precise travel time estimates for better planning and payroll accuracy

🛠️ Action Required

Please take a moment to update your location details:

1. Log in to Movegistics 5.0
2. Go to Settings > Location
3. Enter both your Office Address and your Yard (Dispatch) Address

If your yard and office are the same, simply enter the same address for both.
