Every lead tells a story β from the day it was created, through qualification, survey, estimate, booking, dispatch, and completion. The new Lead Lifecycle Report, available under Sales β Reports, lays that whole story out in a single row per lead: who the customer is, where they came from, every milestone date along the way, and how the estimated value compares to what the job actually brought in. It covers both leads from the Lead module and work requests created directly β labeled by a Type column β so your marketing and conversion picture is complete.
β¨ What's New
- Lead Lifecycle Report under Sales β Reports β one row per lead covering the complete journey.
- Customer and milestone columns β Type (Lead or WR), Customer Name, Email Address, Phone No, Lead Source, Lead Status, Lead Created, Move Date, Owner, Qualified/Work Request Created, AI Survey Done, Estimate Sent, Job Booked, Dispatched, and Job Completed.
- Lead Source and Lead Status β every row shows where the lead originated (Yelp, Referral, Word of Mouth, Phone Call, and more) and its current status β New, Qualified, or Disqualified β read directly from the lead record, so it reflects the status as it stands today.
- Type column β tells you each row's origin at a glance: Lead for rows from the Lead module, WR for work requests created directly.
- Value tracking β Estimated Value, Actual Value, and Variance side by side, so you see immediately where jobs came in over or under the estimate.
- Filters and export β filter by Created From/To date range and Owner, and export the report for further analysis.
π₯ Who This Is For
- Owners and sales managers β who want to see where leads progress and where they stall across the whole funnel.
- Sales reps and lead owners β who can track each of their leads from creation through booking and completion.
- Billing and finance teams β who compare estimated versus actual value per job and watch the variance.
π§ How to Use It
- Navigate to Sales β Reports and open Lead Lifecycle.

- Each lead appears as one row, starting with the customer details and the first milestones β Lead Created, Move Date, Owner, and Qualified/Work Request Created.

- Scroll right for the rest of the lifecycle β AI Survey Done, Estimate Sent, Job Booked, Dispatched, and Job Completed β followed by Estimated Value, Actual Value, and Variance.

- Use Apply Filters to narrow by Created From/To date range or Owner, and Export to download the report as CSV, Excel, or PDF.

π Good to Know
- One row, whole journey. Milestone columns fill in as the lead progresses, so gaps show you exactly where each lead currently sits.
- Variance at a glance. Variance is computed from Estimated Value and Actual Value β a quick flag for jobs that closed above or below the estimate.
- Two sources, labeled by Type. Rows marked Lead came from the Lead module and always carry a Lead Created Date and Lead Status. Rows marked WR are work requests created directly β for example, a customer calls in and your team creates the work request straight away with a referral source. There's no lead record behind those, so Lead Created Date and Lead Status are blank by design, and the report shows the Work Request Created Date instead.
- Comparing with the Dashboard? Both numbers are right. The Dashboard counts leads created in the Lead module only, while this report deliberately includes directly created work requests too β that's where the extra rows come from. For a straight comparison with the Dashboard, look at the rows where Type = Lead.
- The date filter follows the row's Type. For Lead rows, the From/To filter applies to the Lead Created Date; for WR rows, it applies to the Work Request Created Date.
