Surveys drive bookings — and now you can watch that pipeline work, owner by owner. The new Survey Report, available under Sales → Reports, shows how each work request owner turns new work requests into scheduled surveys, completed surveys, and booked moves: one row per owner, with counts and conversion percentages across the entire survey pipeline, filterable by created date and owner.

- Survey Report under Sales → Reports — a new owner-level report covering the full journey from work request to booking.
- Nine columns per owner — Owner Name, Total WR Added, Total Survey Scheduled, Total Survey Completed, Survey Completion Rate (%), Total WR with Survey Booked, WR to Booking Conversion (%), WR with Survey Scheduled (%), and WR with Survey Completed (%).
- Built-in filters — narrow the report by Created From/To date range and by Owner.
- Export and expand — export the report or expand it full screen, just like other sales reports.

⚙️ How to Configure
- Navigate to Sales → Reports and open Survey Report.
- The report lists every work request owner with their counts — work requests added, surveys scheduled, surveys completed, work requests with a survey booked — and the calculated percentages: Survey Completion Rate, WR to Booking Conversion, WR with Survey Scheduled, and WR with Survey Completed.
- Click Apply Filters to narrow the results by Created From/To date range or a specific Owner. Use Clear Filters to reset, Export to download the report, or Expand for a full-screen view.
🔎 Good to Know
- One row per owner. All counts and percentages are grouped by the work request owner, so performance comparisons across the team are immediate.
- Percentages are calculated for you. Completion and conversion rates update automatically from the underlying counts — no spreadsheet math needed.
- Date filter uses the created date. The From/To filter applies to when the work requests were created, so you can measure any period — a week, a month, or a season.
