Here’s what you’ll find in the Job Schedule module:

• A monthly calendar view of all scheduled jobs, regardless of dispatch status
• Job cards that show start time, required crew size, truck count, and estimated duration
• Color coding options to distinguish jobs by Service Type, Assigned Truck, or Work Order Activity
• A List View toggle that supports custom views and filters

🪜 Step-by-Step

1. Open the Job Schedule under Operations > Job Schedule
   View all upcoming jobs for the month at a glance. Use the center toggle above the calendar to move between past and future months.
   
   
   
2. Click on any job card
   You’ll see a pop-up with key details like start time, crew/truck requirements, and the service type.
   
   
   
3. Click the Pencil icon
   This opens the full edit screen where you can:
4. • Update start & end times
   • Assign or change counts for workers, trucks, and contractors
   • Add Work Order tags and notes
   • Update the Work Order activity
     
     
     
5. Use the List View toggle in the top right or click on the Work Orders tab
   Switch to a sortable, filterable list of all jobs scheduled that month.
   Apply filters or save custom views to monitor priority jobs, trucks, or specific job types.
   
   
   
6. Download the Work Order PDF right from the job pop-up
   Print it for dispatch, hand it to the crew, or attach it to customer communications.
   
   
   
7. Enable Google Calendar Sync in the top right
   Turn on real-time calendar syncing so your entire team stays aligned.

✅ Go to Settings > Calendars > General to choose your preferred color-coding method
✅ Use job tags (e.g., VIP, Long Haul, Repeat Customer) to personalize filters and highlight high-priority jobs
✅ Make last-minute changes to time, crew, or trucks from the Edit Work Order screen without leaving the calendar
✅ Print Work Order Summaries directly from the pop-up so dispatch has everything ready without extra clicks
