💡 New in the Movegistics 5.0 Survey App: We've improved survey accuracy & data integrity to eliminate data loss, prevent duplicates, and boost confidence in your estimates. 🚀
✅ New Sync Button for Seamless Syncing with the CRM – Surveys now retain all progress, ensuring no data loss even in low or no-connectivity areas. You can now confidently complete onsite surveys— with or without the internet.
✅ Need to use the survey app for virtual surveys? Yes! Virtual surveys will now automatically create a blank survey in the app under 'My Surveys', allowing you to enter inventory details seamlessly during or after the virtual walkthrough. This ensures consistency, better tracking, and faster estimate creation—all within Movegistics.
✅ Survey Source Label in CRM – Gain better visibility by easily tracking the origin of each survey. This ensures clarity and organization for all new surveys moving forward.
✅ Higher-Quality Photos in CRM – Survey photos now sync in higher resolution for better clarity.
1️⃣ Download the latest version of the Movegistics Survey App (v1.1.6) on your iPad.
2️⃣ New Sync Button for Complete Control – Surveys are saved locally on the iPad and sync to CRM only when you tap the orange Sync button. This ensures data integrity—inventories created in the app can only be edited in the app.
3️⃣ Edit & Resync Surveys: To ensure data integrity, inventories created in the app can no longer be edited inside the CRM. All modifications must be made directly in the app and then resynced. You can still view survey app inventories in the CRM by downloading them as a PDF.
🚀 Pro Tip: Need to make changes to an app survey in the CRM? You can clone the survey inside the CRM and edit the cloned version while keeping the original survey intact. This gives you more flexibility while maintaining data accuracy! 🔄 ✅
